I can't retrieve my pictures

I have had my pictures on the server for about 6 months - I can not at this time retrieve them on our web site.

The error message is that I can not connect -

Can't establish connection --> 66.205.80.34:21 @ Wed Apr 04 11:33:44 2012 (0-5)

Please help.
