Microsoft Publisher - System can't see the file being upload

I'm using Publisher to upload a new website (Which I've done successfully previously...) to 123-Reg Hosting. All seems to be ok... can find and see the directories/files... but the upload doesn't seem to be able to find the files...?

I have administrator rights and created the document.... anyone able to help me on this...?
