New computer, how to transfer all my profile info?

I just got a new laptop, and loaded Core FTP LE

I had previously run this on another machine and have at least 10 sites configured.

How can I copy over all the sites from one to the other, so I dont need to re-enter all the sites.

I also may have lost some passwords, so I would like to copy them over if possible?
