How do I transfer the site profile file?

I'm using Lite, awitching app's from Windows 7RC on the D drive to newly installed Windows 7 Professional on C. It is unclear and vague as to how to import the site profiles to 7Pro or export them from 7RC. Simply right-clicking on the site profile and choosing "export" or "import" only offers "CoreFTP" on the submenu. Copying the site profile file to the Program Files folder in C doesn't work either.
