Login Authentication Failed

I'm having problems logging in. I'm repeatedly getting a message that says:

530 Login authentication failed

What am I doing wrong, and how do I fix it? :cry:

I'm still detting the same message.

What the heck is going on?

331 User glencap OK. Password required
PASS **********
530 Login authentication failed
