Only one site won't log in?

I just started using Core FTP lite and I love it- BUT for some reason one of my sites will NOT connect in this program. I'm totally stumped.

This is the message I get:

"The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found."

I'm stumped- any clue why? Could the site server be down? I'm connecting to bluehost and the other sites are with ipower.

Oh nm, I found the problem, my client didn't set everything up, he only bought a domain name... sheesh I've been trying to figure this out for TWO HOURS!
