We are setting up a vendor access, so that we can connect to their Secure FTP site. Upon the setup we are receiving this error:

We are running Watchguard firewalls x1000 and x1100's. I have configured to allow outgoing access on ports 1026-1040, also on port 21 (default). Has anyone seen erros of this nature when attempting to connect with a Secure connection (Auth_SSL)
