"Can't establish connection..." error

I'm operating on Windows 98. Here is error text:

I can log on using other software with the same parameters, but CORE won't connect. Thanks for any help. Dave

There were some problems with the 1425 build.... Upgrading to build 1427 might fix it.

These problems are usually firewall related, so if you weren't using Windows 98, I'd say that was the issue.
