Our company does not have ssl or sftp or ssh protection when transferring data via ftp.
During profile setup, I notice 'SSL Listing' and 'SSL Transfer' are checked.
Does this mean that the data channel is encrypted by default, therefore the data is being secure during transfer?
Thanks.
re:security
Thank you for the response, but I am concerned about exposing my data, because some of it is private information.
I understand that since I don't have SSL, those options should be unchecked.
Does that mean that the data channel will be totally unencrypted?
So CoreFTP does not have any data protection by default for those sites that don't have ssh, ssl, sftp, etc?
