transfer settings to new computer

I use Core ftp. I want to transfer all the settings to a new laptop from my desk top. I maintain several web sites and it would be a pain to go through all the set up procedures for each site. I just installed Core 2 on my laptop and I use VNC for file transfer. Fairly urgent since I depa rt tomorrow.
