Can I change default port num for sftp?

The default port for sftp is 22, It is ok to use. However I am informed that I cannot use this port on the server, can Core Ftp let user to change it? Thank you.

SFTP port settings are under the SSH/SFTP '...' options

if only using SFTP, the 'Port' setting is used
