Double-click doesn't pull up list of choices

In Core FTP LE, I'v always been able to double click a file in the list that I wanted to download. After double-clicking, a dialog box would appear asking if I wanted to view the file, among other choices. Now, however, when I double-click, nothing happens. I can't find any setting in the Options list that seems to address this. Can someone tell me how to get this double-click feature back? Thank you in advance.
