An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host

I get the above error message when I try to connect to my website hosted by freedom 2 surf. Freedom 2 surf say they are able to connect using my details from their end. I am happy that I am entering the correct details passwords etc.

I have no problems connecting with two other websites hosted by different hosts on the same computer.

Can anyone help please.

Yes I can connect now. I think you're right about the server being down.
