Help migrate Sites favorites

Hello,

I'm a fervant user of Core FTP Lite.
I have a lot of Sites configured as favorites in the client.

My problem is that I received a new PC, and I need to reinstall Core FTP.
Will I loose all my favorite Sites with the new install? Of course I will.

But is there a way to migrate the Sites favorites from one install to another?

I read the info, but my situation is a little different. New computer with all my core data is on a second hardrive. Which file/files do i need to move to the new install of Core Pro?
