Core program will not remember password/website

I have read about 7 pages of post and have not seen this particular problem mentioned,althought it falls under connection problem. The Core program wont connect to the site from program start,however its displaying the correct login info including website address. It says no host found. But when I type in the same exact info it goes right to it and connects. Also my Internet explorer aks me for my password evry time although I ave already put it in thru the Core program. This happens every time. In other words the program has no memory of me prior even thoughthe correct info is displayed in the connection window. Its very frustrating to have to log in twice evry time I use this Ftp. Any help appreciated. Paul
