My server has disabled PASV mode transfers. When I try to connect to my website to upload new information I have not been able to connect using any FTP client (Internet Explorer 7, SmartFTP, or CoreFTP). I even tried following the CoreFTP instructions to connect to Microsoft.com's ftp and was unable to connect. I have disabled my firewall and restarted my computer to no avail.
When I try to connect I get the following:
