Folders not displayed in Client

Running Liasons ZMODFTP server on an IBM iSeries. Users are setup with an IN and an Out directory through the servers Virtual directory assignments. I can connect with Filezilla and WS_FtpPro and see both directory listings. However when connected using CoreFTP I can see the IN directory but no OUT directory yet I can type in OUT/ in the navigation bar and navigate there without a problem. Why is the OUT directory not displayed?
