transferring data to a computer overseas

I have been managing a website on FTP Lite, but now am passing control to another web developer/manager overseas. Is there an "easy" way to transfer the data. Total is 690mb. I thought about using dropbox, but I can only link individual folders there. Is there a remote access he can use? Thanks.
