Uploading a file ends after 120 seconds

Hi,

I try to upload a file (batch mode) with the free version. After 120 seconds the upload ends, but the file isn't complete.

Is this a limitation of the free version or did i do anything wrong? I did not found some timeout parameter with the value 120.
