Certificate public key

I am using the Core FTP client to connect to a secure site. I accepted the security certificate and all works fine. However I can't find any SSL certificate saved on my system. I do find a registry key that refers to it.

Someone on an AS400 also needs to connect with a batch script to the same server. What do I need to give to the AS400 folks for use in their script?

I'm looking for the same thing now that I accepted the cert how can I use it in other places (ie: batch iSeries ftp transfer).
