Remote with similar directory structure as in Local

When I try to browse the Remote, using HTML protocol, the directory structure appears like:
ProfileName\AppData\Local\Temp\File_Names

So, when try to download the files, an error appears saying that that files doesn't exists.

i.e.
the file should be:
/images/a.jpg

Core FTP shows, on Remote window:
/images/ -> into the Selected Directory field
AppData\Local\Temp\a.jpg -> into the List View window

Any clue how to solve that?
