I use core, I use Front page.
I have Win XP.
I use Orange basic package ISP.
I use wireless Netgear.
I have never had an upload problem UNTIL NOW.
Downlaod speed 900Kbs
Upload 242 Kbs.
When uploading changes to a web page it takes forever then only one third or less of the page loads.
Any ideas?
