Error Loading Directory

I am receiving an error message when I try to connect. I am now getting a message that says "error loading directory: disconnect." Then the directory doesn't load and the session ends. I've never had this problem before. Does anyone know why or how to fix this? I have tried upgrading to the 2.0LE but it has not resolved the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just thought about this. I wanted to post that I did try several things on the server before looking for help. I have the same version as Amanda/same error.

I have same problem with 2.0LE under Microsoft server 2003, and I don't have any solution yet.
2.0LE will use LIST command to get directry list after secure logged in,
but server does not respond.

There are no problem with 2.0LE in SSLFTP mode under another server in my experience.

I tried to change port number range as 50000-50100 in advanced settings option, according to IANA recomendation that use port 49152 or greater. But, nothing changed. Well, this port number range settings may not function yet.

I would appreciate any ideas or advices to fix this problem. Thank you,
