schedule automatic downloads

I'm looking for something that may not be possible.
I would like to able to schedule a weekly download of a log file via sftp and also have the ability to rename that downloaded file.
Is there any software/solution out there to do this?

Cool. That sounds like just what I'd want to do.
I'll play around with it now that I know it's possible.
