This isn't the worst thing in the world, but when I perform the following sequences of actions in Core FTP Lite 1.3b, duplicates of the sites occurs:
1) Launch Core FTP and bring up the site manager.
2) Create a new session.
3) Click on another session that has previously been created.
4) Hit the Esc button on the keyboard.
5) Go to the Sites menu.
Upon going to the sites menu, duplicates of the previously made sessions appear.
Sites has duplicates of connections
Computer: Windows XP w/ all the critical updates.
Hardware: Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz w/ 1 GB of RAM.
Basically what I do is go to the Site menu and select Site Manager. Or launch Core FTP and have the Site Manager come up automatically.
I click on the "New Site" button, and enter the ftp info.
The fields I have filled are Site Name, Host, SSH/FTP checked, and I have the local Start folder set to a directory.
Assuming you've had sessions created before (I for example, had 3 or 4), click on a previous session that you have created, and close the Site Manager. From the main Core FTP window, I clicked on the Site menu and saw duplicates of the sessions.
If you close Core FTP and open it again, the duplicates are gone. However, you can bring the duplicates back up again by doing the same thing mentioned above.
