Hi,
I am having problems viewing the pages I have listed under my main folder, public_html. With two different FTP programs (Core FTP included), only pages with filenames A-P are displayed.
I have tried:
-disabling firewalls and AV
-increasing the timeout
-contacting my webhosting company to check that there is no problem with the folder. They say they can see everything fine via FTP.
When I upload a file with filename past 'p' e.g. 'resources', it uploads fine, then disappears from view in the directory folder. No error messages appear at any point re connection timeout/failure or anything. These pages are also displaying fine on my website, I just can't view/edit them via FTP.
The files are a mixture of HTML and ASP, the whole folder should be around 1.4MB so nothing huge.
Any ideas gratefully received!
Many thanks.

Resolved - Passive/Active
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have just this minute found a solution - it turns out my server will only accept connections in Active mode, not Passive mode. As soon as I changed this, it sprung to life.
Hopefully this might help someone else anyway!
