Can't get CoreFTP Pro to work offline

Hi,

I've been told by the sales team that CoreFTP Pro should work if I simply log off and keep the power on. I done this many times. Is there any guides on what I need to do somewhere I am overlooking?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

followed those steps exactly and still does not run while loged off.
