Need help please

My computer crashed and I have tried to reset my ftp..I have 3 web sites and cannot connect to one of them, the other two I remembered everything and they work fine, but one I cannot figure what I am putting in wrong...is there anyway I can retrieve the info that was there before ? If not what do I have to do...thank you to anyone that can help me..
