I cannot see the file I want to upload on my computer

I have been using movie maker on my PC. I re-saved the movie file on the desktop, put it in a "movie" folder and still can't find it on the computer side of the screen.

Can you let me know why I might not be seeing the file on the computer side of core ftp?
