Login Problem with Capital Letters in Password

Comcast is now requiring at least 1 capital letter on new accounts. For some reason I am unable to connect to my new comcast site because of this. Core FTP is always telling me "incorrect password" when it is correct. I have a password with the first letter capital only. Thanks!
