Firewall Issue

I have been using CoreFTL LE for a long time and I love it....

My work has just put our FTP behind a fire wall and I can't seem to get Core FTP to connect to the server. The PC Tech that helped me, said that Core FTP won't work because it doesn't support Firewalls.... and installed Smart FTp Client, which does work... I do not like this FTP Client, it has already destroyed to of my main web pages during transfer....

So I was looking on your website and noticedCore FTP does support firewalls, so I was hoping you can help me return to your dependable FTP Client.

The issues appears that our firewall required a Proxy type of
USER User@FireID@Host which is not an option on Core FTp.

Is there a work around?

Here is the error I now receive, after changing the proxy name. It appears that the proxy format is still not right. PLease advise?
