I need to download a file from a SFTP server and place it on a local directory automatically 4 times a day. In addition, the file name is never the same but needs to be renamed to Downloadfile.txt. Note: the file on the SFTP server will be the only file in the directory. It needs to be deleted after a successful download. How do I set this process up?

When I can the properties to *.txt then it changes both the source and destination. I need to be able to download *.txt to the file download.txt.
