Can No Longer Access SFTP Server?

I seem to be having issues accessing my SFTP Server. I have had it set up previously with no issues.

In the program itself I get the: (port 22)[#1] [20180215 17:39:29] TESTSERVER active...

But when I go to windows explorer to test it, at SFTP://xxx.xxx.x.x now I do not get my username and password prompt I created and get this error message now.

Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.

Details: A connection with the server could not be established.

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and re-setting up my information but i'm still getting this message. Not sure what happened or what changed. (Windows 10 and the x64 version of CoreFTP Server)

As far as I know IE does not support SFTP from a browser.
