Core FTP Server on Windows server 2012 R2

Anyone have this running on a Windows Server 2012 R2? I am trying to get it to run as a service on the server.

I Cannot get the service to install either with the logged on user (local admin) or the system account. It errors out every time.

I'm using Server 2012 R2 as well.

I had the same issue and there is no action entry(s) in the Monitoring>Firewall section of the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Local Computer. I did successfully set it up on a different Windows machine and compared the firewall entries and there are entries for CoreFTP Server in the Windows>Monitoring section. The Inbound Rules are the same. Currently looking into what is restricting the CoreFTP Actions entries in the following that location:

>Outbound Rules
>Monitoring
