Error on connecting

Hello,

I'm desperated and frustrated! Maybe somebody can help me!!

I tried so many times to connect but it doesn't work. Believe me that
the problem is not in the hostname settings. This is for sure correct!

I thought the problem was in the firewall. I checked and the programm is not blocked either...

Each time I try to connect, this following message comes:

Can't establish connection --> ftp.streamload.com:21 @ Fri Mar 31 10:35:21 2006 (0-5)

What else am I doing wrong?

If anyone could help me, I would appreciate sooooooo much!

Looks as though the FTP server/service is down for that particular address (or running on a port other than 21).

Does that mean that I have to check with streamload? or what else can I do?

Yes, contact streamload and check to see if there is a problem with the server. It may be blocked on their end.

And double check that they actually allow FTP access.
