Help to share c:, d:, E:, ecc

Hi all,

I'm using core ftp LE, and I've this problem... probably I'm the problem

So, I made a Win2k Pro FTP server using Serv-U and a no-ip.com address, and my server is reachable using ping command but... from Serv-U administration, I've shared all my disks that reside onto the server to access them remotely. So I've C:\ disk, D:\ disk, E:\ disk, ecc. shared and the root dir is C:\, but how can I change that disk in CoreFtp to access d:\, E:\, ecc disks? CoreFtp can't (it seems can't) reach dir different from c:\... is it possible? I've to set anything different in SERV-U?

Assuming you're using the FREE version of Serv-U:

Serv-U Personal was created with the individual in mind. We understand the need to share a few files with a couple friends, your family, or yourself when you're traveling. Serv-U Personal lets you do this for FREE. Serv-U Personal is capable of the following:

* One domain with a maximum of 2 concurrent connections
* No more than 5 user accounts
* No directory mapping or links
* No UL/DL ratios, quotas, or remote administration

Individuals in a non-profit environment may use Serv-U Personal for as long as they wish. Usage of Serv-U in a for-profit enterprise requires a purchased license of Serv-U.

I would try using a different FTP server that has more features.

So I've a drive m: with some subdir...
For example, a dir is "projects" so the complete path would be:


/m:/projects/


I've to type that to the 'selected directories/URL' dropdown, is this right?
However I should have a server that supports dir mapping... that's OK?

I believe CoreFTP's FTP Server (it's currently in Beta) will support drive mapping. If the following instructions that CP gave you do not work, you can try their software...if I'm mistaken and it does not work, I will reply with another option.
