FTPsite hacked

My FTPwebsite is hacked. Does anyone know how to change your password on a FTPwebsite? So not of the program CoreFTP, but the website. I've googled already but did not found any useful information. I contacted the hosting server and asked them to change the password but they haven't responsed yet so now I'm trying to change it myself. I'm still pretty new to this FTPstuff, fast help much appreciated.

Sorry I didn't see that, the hosting server just changed it, but thanks anyway.
