CoreFtpServer as LOCALSYSTEM: how to change

Hello,
I would like to change the service user from LOCALSYSTEM to a regular user, created by me.

I've already tried with LocalService and NetworkService but I cannot connect to the CoreFtp Server

under the "service" button or you can edit the Core FTP Server
service "logon" properties manually in Windows.
