530 login incorrect

I have read through previous discussions about this and they don't apply...Windows Firewall and disabled and Mcafee has port 21 open. I can also get to the ftp.netscape.com through Core FTP LE. Are there any other suggestions...Please!!! I am wanting to connect with www.freewebs.com. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, CIndy
