Garbled Text?

Kind of hard to explain this one so I made a partial screenshot of the area in question:



Sometimes the transfers window is fine, but sometimes it's the right pane that is all garbled like that.

What could be causing this? lol

My build is 1423.01 - not quite there but close enough. Anyway, I'll keep that in mind if that should happen again.
