Server Access Invalid Password Issue

Hello, I'm trying to access 3 servers for work via Core FTP but can't. The issue is that my manager in Boston is using the same passwords that I am but he can access them and I can't. Every time I try to access the same sites using the same passwords i get the invalid password message. All the settings per the company to access their site is correct.....i just keep getting the same invalid message. Please help!

Post the session log here, it might tell more about what is going on.

What i don't understand is that my manager is using the exact same password as me and he can access the site....but I can't.

This doesn't provide much information in terms of the connection. Is this the entire log?

We had the exact same issue, and solved it by changing the password to one that didn't use any special characters.

Go figure
