First, a client is having trouble connecting to and staying connected to his server using (according to him) 'CORE FTP'. We've run diagnostics -- all checks out well. He sent me the last error message:

An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
Connection Failed
We suggested to un check PASV and check global proxy server settings per some of the postings here.
