uploading problems

i have been trying to upload 2.6GB for 3 days now and i keep getting disconnected at like 50% and i continue it and the file is only 800MB when its finished on top of that theres a whole bunch of files after the upload that have random numbers and letters that are about 500mb-1.7gb and i cant delete them like this
