Very slow downloads

Hi,

I'm running Windows Server 2003, and with CoreFTP Pro, I get downloads of only 50KB/s, when any other client I use I can download around 500KB/s.

This isn't a confusion of bytes/bits - files that normally take 35 minutes to download, now take hours.

Additionally, if I set CoreFTP to download more than one file at a time, each one will d/l at 50KB/s individually - proving that the speed of my connection isn't an issue.

I have used different clients on this exact box, downloading from the same server, so I know it is CoreFTP.

I connecting via SFTP. I have run downloads for several days to see if there any fluctuations in speeds - there are none.

I want to buy this product for its scheduling abilities, but I need the downloads to be the same as my line speed - can someone help please?

That is unfortunate to not have a response, I take this as indicative as how the software is supported.

I will purchase another product.
