Transfer of files within CPanel

Please tell me how to transfer files (JPGs) from the "Public HTML" folder to a sub folder.
I use WinXP Home, and FireFox.

Right click on the files you want to move, select "cut".

Then navigate to the new directory (or right click on it), select "paste".
