Firewall Problem (Norton)

Hello,

I am able to connect to my FTP site using Core FTP if I disable my Norton Internet Security Firewall, but cannot connect if it is active.

The Norton Firewall settings are "Medium" security, Automatic Program Control is turned ON, and for CoreFTP.exe I have selected "Internet Access, Permit All". I have the Windows XP Firewall turned OFF in both cases.

Here are two Core FTP Logs (with some info X'd out):

Of course, I don't like connecting with my Firewall disabled! Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply CP. I am continuing to look for the solution at Symantec. So far, no luck.
