Transfers freeze up and files partly uploaded

Hi, Ok I am new to this uploading fun.

I have had a trawl though the posts here but nothing seems to help resolve my problem.

When I transfer (large or small pages) CoreFTP shows a % bar which every now and then gets to 100% and stops. the program locks up then the log eventually shows an error (See attached log file) I have installed the latest download 1.3c Build 1409.08 and still get the same thing. since upgrading from 1.3b I also get a disconnect and unable to reconnect error.

Can someone please help me out here as I really want to throw this computer out the window

. By the way I have tried using another PC in our workshops as well with much the same results.

Hi CP,

Thanks for your very prompt responce to my problem.

Thank you so much, disabling PASV seems to have done the trick. Although I noticed If I deselect it in options it still appears in site manager as selected but greyed out until a restart of the PC! odd.

I have had to wait a week to try the fix, as I had a number of auction jpegs on my site and had to wait until completion until giving it a go and a complete upload of the site.

I would just like to add a big thanks to all involved with this great bit of software even though I don't understand half of what various things are it, is proving to be an extremly useful tool for me.
