"Export" site list? Can't find it!

Howdy. I've started working on a new computer and I want to use my Site Manager sites from the old computer. The FAQs tell me to "right click and choose Export" when I'm on my Site Manager. But the only option I see is Import.

How can I get my old list onto my new Core FTP machine?
