Saving settings

I can't find where I can save my settings for a particular FTP site. By that I mean if I check the "Use this action any time a file exists" checkbox and click the "Overwrite All" button, I want the setting change to be remembered so from now on when I transfer a file it just does it. It only seems to remember the setting during the current session. If I exit the program and come back in later, I have to reset the checkbox.
