Message Error

What does this message mean and how do I resolve this issue? I am trying to add my site to the FTP Core software and I keep getting this message:

"The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for. "

it's a domain name issue. DNS records are not up to date or have expired.
